IDC Office Tenant Improvement

International Data Corporation (IDC) engaged Hubbard Godfrey to design its new 22,000 sq. ft. west coast head– quarters. Since budget & schedule were priorities, many of the previous tenant improvements were salvaged & retro– fitted to accommodate IDC’s program of private offices, open workstation areas, server rooms, a research library, an IT research lab, conference rooms, & a cafeteria. The target move-in date was met through concerted efforts with local building officials, contractors, and property management.
