This 1950’s mixed-use structure, located at the end of a popular Laurel Village shopping center, suffered from leaking windows, dry rot, an aging awning, & disabled access compliance issues. Hubbard Godfrey worked directly with building ownership & contractors to develop a new window & awning system that could be easily installed around existing tenant spaces with minimal operational disruption. Disabled access upgrades included van accessible parking, main entry lobby door alterations & enlarged second floor restrooms.
