Working within the shell of a 1960’s ranch house, HGA developed a "Great Room" concept to physically and visually connect living, dining, kitchen, and media spaces to each other and to the outdoors for a family of four who frequently entertains. New shed dormers, millwork, lighting, and color were major design factors intended to reinforce the flow of spaces. The remodel also included a new roof, doors, windows, and finish upgrades throughout.
